Q: What is the deadline to register?
A: The registration deadline is February 28, 2026.
Q: Will childcare or a nursery be available?
A: Nursery room will be available for children under 18 months of age, located in the back of the venue. We will make every effort to provide an uninterrupted audio feed so parents do not miss the sessions. For children older than 18 months, please make separate childcare arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Who is eligible to register?
A: All parents, including expecting parents, are welcome to register.
Q: May we share this event and invite others?
A: Yes. Please ensure that all attendees register in advance so we can adequately prepare for logistics.
Q: We have registered but are unable to attend. How do we cancel our registration?
A: Please email cherrydale.bc@gmail.com to cancel your registration.
Q: Is there a conference fee? How do we make payment?
A: There is no conference fee. We trust that the Lord will provide and welcome donations should you feel led to give. An offering box will be available at the back of the main auditorium.
Q: What should we do upon arrival?
A: Check-in is required to receive name tags. Please arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking is available; however, spaces are limited. Street parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please observe all parking signs and be mindful of fire hydrants and private driveways.
Q: Will meals be provided?
A: Lunch will be provided, along with coffee and snacks throughout the day. Dinner will not be provided. As with our previous marriage conference, parents are welcome to enjoy a date night after dismissal.
